Turquoise Tassel evinin dışında çalışma imkanı kısıtlı olan yaratıcı kadınlar grubu ile el işini kullanılabilir sanat haline getirmeyi hedefleyen bir proje. Gelirlerimizin büyük bir kısmı kadın ve cocuklarla ilgili projelerde değerlendirilerek yarınlara sahip çıkmak arzusundayız.
Our clutch bags are all handmade. The motifs and the cases are usually done by separate women from different regions. Then they are brought together in Istanbul for sewing and quality control. We aim at women who have a style, who value tradition, who like color, who have a superior sense of fashion. These bags can be used with an evening dress or complete a super chic look with jeans and a white shirt or anywhere else where you wish to use a clutch.
They come in a turquoise flannel pouch and a beautifully gift wrapped turquoise box. They have a certificate showing that this is made under a special project as well as a short history of how it was born. The size is about 7,8i x 9,8 inches ,however depending on the grip of the woman who is making it, it might slightly vary which will make it one of a kind. Also since the color coordination is limitless the motif colors might be different than the one in the photo, as vibrant as attractive as the one in the photo if not better:) Thus main color which is BABY BLUE in this one should be your starting point and multicolor hand made motifs on it.
The photos with models might have different colors of the same clutch, it is just to show the size.
Turquoise Tassel is a project initiated for under privileged yet skilled women who cannot otherwise work outside their homes for various reasons. The team of women at Turquoise Tassel, some of whom have had real difficult life experiences, are today proud and happy to be supporting their homes while creating original work. They are now role models for their children and people around them.
A large part of the profits from the sale of the products goes towards raising public awareness for issues like child brides, child labor or education.
