TURQUOISE TASSEL – Return & Refund Policy

  1. General Information

Turquoise Tassel values customer satisfaction; however, due to the handcrafted and limited-edition nature of its products, special conditions apply to return and exchange requests.
This policy is aligned with the provisions of the Distance Sales Agreement and Preliminary Information Form.

  1. Right to Return

2.1. The Buyer has the right to return the purchased item within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product without any justification.
2.2. Returned items must be unused, with original tags attached, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2.3. Once the returned item reaches Turquoise Tassel and passes quality inspection, the refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt.
2.4. Refunds are made using the same payment method and currency used for the original transaction.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized items produced upon order
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g., jewelry, textile accessories, scarves, etc.)
  • Items damaged or altered due to use or washing
  • Items that have been used, soiled, or modified after delivery
  1. Exchange Conditions

4.1. If the same item is in stock, exchanges may be processed upon the customer’s request.
4.2. If a different model or color is selected, the price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
4.3. Products must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for exchange.
4.4. For international orders, exchange requests are subject to review due to logistics and customs regulations.

  1. Defective or Damaged Items

5.1. If the item is received damaged or incorrect, the Buyer must notify Turquoise Tassel within 3 (three) business days at info@turquoisetassel.com.
5.2. Upon verification, Turquoise Tassel will offer repair, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost.
5.3. Shipping costs for defective or incorrect items are covered by Turquoise Tassel.

  1. Return Procedure

6.1. Return requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail or through the website.
6.2. Once approved, the product must be returned with its invoice and original packaging to the following address:

6.3. Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipment.
6.4. The Buyer is responsible for the item until it reaches Turquoise Tassel’s return center.

  1. International Returns

7.1. For international returns, customs duties, import taxes, and shipping fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.
7.2. Turquoise Tassel is not liable for delays, rejections, or confiscations caused by incomplete customs declarations or local import issues.
7.3. Refund processing begins once the returned product is received in Türkiye.

  1. Refund Timeline

8.1. Refunds are processed within 14 days of the returned product’s arrival at Turquoise Tassel.
8.2. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
8.3. Bank processing times for refunds may vary depending on the card issuer’s policies.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

All customer data is processed and protected under KVKK and GDPR. Personal information collected during the return process is used solely for refund, shipment, and legal compliance purposes.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Anatolian Side).
