2. SUBJECT

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms and conditions regarding the sale, delivery, and possible return of products or services ordered electronically by the Buyer through Turquoise Tassel’s official website www.turquoisetassel.com.

3. CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT

6. RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.5. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

(Hereinafter referred to as the “Member” or “User”).

2. Purpose and Scope of the Agreement

The purpose of this Membership Agreement is to define the terms and conditions governing the Member’s use of the Turquoise Tassel website (www.turquoisetassel.com), and to set forth the mutual rights and obligations between Turquoise Tassel and the Member.
By completing the online membership process, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement in their entirety.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.9. Turquoise Tassel reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently delete a Member’s account and/or stored data.
The Member expressly acknowledges that they shall have no claim for compensation, rights, or restitution arising from such actions.

3.10. All website design, layout, text, graphics, photographs, software, and other elements of the www.turquoisetassel.com website are the exclusive property of Turquoise Tassel

4. Termination

4.1. The Member may terminate their membership at any time via the website.
Upon termination, personal data shall be retained or anonymized in accordance with applicable data protection laws (KVKK & GDPR).

4.2. Turquoise Tassel may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently terminate a Member’s account in the event of a breach of this Agreement, unlawful activity, or misuse of the website. The Member agrees in advance that they shall have no right to claim damages or compensation in such cases.

4.3. Termination shall not prejudice Turquoise Tassel’s right to claim damages or outstanding payments that have arisen prior to termination.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Anatolian Side) shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In all international transactions or disputes, the Turkish version of this Agreement shall prevail.

6. Enforcement

TURQUOISE TASSEL – Return & Refund Policy

1. General Information

Turquoise Tassel values customer satisfaction; however, due to the handcrafted and limited-edition nature of its products, special conditions apply to return and exchange requests.
This policy is aligned with the provisions of the Distance Sales Agreement and Preliminary Information Form.

2. Right to Return

2.1. The Buyer has the right to return the purchased item within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product without any justification.

3. Non-Returnable Items
