1. General Information

Turquoise Tassel values customer satisfaction; however, due to the handcrafted and limited-edition nature of its products, special conditions apply to return and exchange requests.
This policy is aligned with the provisions of the Distance Sales Agreement and Preliminary Information Form.

2. Right to Return

2.1. The Buyer has the right to return the purchased item within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product without any justification.
2.2. Returned items must be unused, with original tags attached, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2.3. Once the returned item reaches Turquoise Tassel and passes quality inspection, the refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt.
2.4. Refunds are made using the same payment method and currency used for the original transaction.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom-made or personalized items produced upon order
• Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g., jewelry, textile accessories, scarves, etc.)
• Items damaged or altered due to use or washing
• Items that have been used, soiled, or modified after delivery

4. Exchange Conditions

4.1. If the same item is in stock, exchanges may be processed upon the customer’s request.
4.2. If a different model or color is selected, the price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
4.3. Products must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for exchange.
4.4. For international orders, exchange requests are subject to review due to logistics and customs regulations.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

5.1. If the item is received damaged or incorrect, the Buyer must notify Turquoise Tassel within 3 (three) business days at info@turquoisetassel.com.
5.2. Upon verification, Turquoise Tassel will offer repair, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost.
5.3. Shipping costs for defective or incorrect items are covered by Turquoise Tassel.

6. Return Procedure

6.1. Return requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail or through the website.
6.2. Once approved, the product must be returned with its invoice and original packaging to the following address:

7. International Returns

7.1. For international returns, customs duties, import taxes, and shipping fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.
7.2. Turquoise Tassel is not liable for delays, rejections, or confiscations caused by incomplete customs declarations or local import issues.
7.3. Refund processing begins once the returned product is received in Türkiye.

8. Refund Timeline

8.1. Refunds are processed within 14 days of the returned product’s arrival at Turquoise Tassel.
8.2. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
8.3. Bank processing times for refunds may vary depending on the card issuer’s policies.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

All customer data is processed and protected under Data Privacy and GDPR. Personal information collected during the return process is used solely for refund, shipment, and legal compliance purposes.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

2. SUBJECT

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms and conditions regarding the sale, delivery, and possible return of products or services ordered electronically by the Buyer through Turquoise Tassel’s official website www.turquoisetassel.com.

3. CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1. This Agreement enters into force upon electronic confirmation of the order placed by the Buyer on the website.
3.2. The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and approved the Preliminary Information Form provided by Turquoise Tassel prior to order confirmation.

4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

5. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

5.1. Delivery shall be made within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the order confirmation, depending on stock availability.
5.2. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. Customs duties, import taxes, and local delivery fees applicable to international shipments are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
5.3. Turquoise Tassel shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, wars, or transport restrictions). In such cases, the Buyer will be informed and an alternative delivery schedule will be provided.

6. RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery without providing any justification.
6.2. Returned items must be unused, with original tags attached, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
6.3. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized, made-to-order, or non-returnable items for hygienic reasons (such as jewelry or textile accessories).
6.4. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a written or electronic notice within the specified period.
6.5. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Turquoise Tassel processes and protects all personal data in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer communication purposes.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9. ENFORCEMENT

(Hereinafter referred to as the “Member” or “User”).

2. Purpose and Scope of the Agreement

The purpose of this Membership Agreement is to define the terms and conditions governing the Member’s use of the Turquoise Tassel website (www.turquoisetassel.com), and to set forth the mutual rights and obligations between Turquoise Tassel and the Member.
By completing the online membership process, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement in their entirety.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Member warrants that all personal and contact information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. In case of any inaccuracy or omission, the Member shall bear full responsibility for any resulting damages, and Turquoise Tassel reserves the right to claim compensation for such losses.

3.2. The Member agrees to keep their username and password strictly confidential, and not to share them with third parties. Any unauthorized use of such credentials and any resulting damages are solely the Member’s responsibility. Turquoise Tassel shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from unauthorized account access.

3.3. The Member undertakes to use the website in full compliance with Turkish law, international regulations, public order, and general moral standards. The Member shall not engage in any conduct that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, infringing on intellectual property rights, or disruptive to public order. All civil, criminal, and administrative liability arising from such misuse shall rest exclusively with the Member.

3.4. The Member shall not use the website for any purpose that is contrary to law, morality, or public policy, nor in any manner that is offensive, harassing, or detrimental to others.
The Member further agrees not to engage in any actions that may impair or restrict other users’ access to the website, including but not limited to spam, viruses, malware, trojans, botnets, denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or attempts to breach system security.

The Member is responsible for implementing adequate anti-virus protection and security measures on their own devices.

3.7. The Member shall not access, use, modify, or interfere with other users’ data or system components without authorization. All legal, financial, and criminal liabilities resulting from such actions shall be borne solely by the Member.

3.8. Any breach of this Agreement by the Member shall render the Member personally liable for all related civil and criminal consequences. In such cases, Turquoise Tassel reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Member’s account and to seek compensation for any direct or indirect damages incurred.

3.9. Turquoise Tassel reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently delete a Member’s account and/or stored data.
The Member expressly acknowledges that they shall have no claim for compensation, rights, or restitution arising from such actions.

3.10. All website design, layout, text, graphics, photographs, software, and other elements of the www.turquoisetassel.com website are the exclusive property of Turquoise Tassel
and are protected under the Turkish Intellectual and Artistic Works Law (Law No. 5846) and other relevant international conventions. The Member shall not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the website without prior written consent from Turquoise Tassel.

3.11. The Member acknowledges that they are responsible for the safety of their own systems and that Turquoise Tassel shall not be held liable for any resulting data loss or damage.

3.14. Turquoise Tassel reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website, including content, features, or services.
Any such modification shall become effective upon publication on the website.

3.15. Turquoise Tassel may revise, amend, or revoke the provisions of this Agreement at its sole discretion and without prior notification. All revisions shall become effective and binding upon publication on the website.

3.16. The Parties acknowledge that all electronic records, data logs, e-mails, and transaction logs belonging to Turquoise Tassel shall constitute conclusive and binding evidence in accordance with Article 193 of the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure and applicable legislation.

3.17. Turquoise Tassel is entitled to send Members informational e-mails or SMS notifications regarding updates, campaigns, or announcements. By approving this Agreement, the Member grants explicit consent to receive such commercial communications, and may withdraw such consent at any time by adjusting communication preferences.

4. Termination

4.1. The Member may terminate their membership at any time via the website.
Upon termination, personal data shall be retained or anonymized in accordance with applicable data protection laws (KVKK & GDPR).

4.2. Turquoise Tassel may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently terminate a Member’s account in the event of a breach of this Agreement, unlawful activity, or misuse of the website. The Member agrees in advance that they shall have no right to claim damages or compensation in such cases.

4.3. Termination shall not prejudice Turquoise Tassel’s right to claim damages or outstanding payments that have arisen prior to termination.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Anatolian Side) shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In all international transactions or disputes, the Turkish version of this Agreement shall prevail.

6. Enforcement

By completing the registration process on www.turquoisetassel.com, the Member confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the entire contents of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall enter into force electronically at the moment of Member approval. Turquoise Tassel reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice. All updates become effective upon publication on the website.

Delivery Conditions

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

At Turquoise Tassel, our aim is for our carefully prepared handmade collections to reach you as safely and quickly as possible.

• Preparation Time: Unless a different period is stated on the product page, your orders are handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days. The preparation time may vary for made-to-order or pre-order items.

• Shipping Company: Our parcels are delivered with insurance through our contracted logistics partners.

• Shipping Fee: Shipping is free on purchases above a certain amount (the current threshold is shown on the checkout page). For orders below this threshold, the shipping fee is added to the order total.

• Delivery Time: Once your parcel has been dispatched, it reaches city centres in an average of 1–3 business days and other areas within 3–5 business days.

• Damaged Parcels: If the outer packaging is damaged, crushed or opened on delivery, we kindly ask you to inspect the parcel in the presence of the courier and, if it is damaged, to have a “Damage Report” drawn up. For damaged parcels without a report, responsibility lies with the recipient.

• Product Authenticity: Our products are handmade using natural materials. For this reason, minimal differences in texture, colour tone or pattern placement may be seen between products. These differences are proof that each piece is “one of a kind and made for you”.

• Pricing: Prices shown on our website include VAT. In the event of an obvious pricing error caused by a technical fault, the company reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.

• Stock Availability: Because of our limited production policy, stock can sell out quickly. If an item that has gone out of stock due to simultaneous orders is purchased, you will be informed and your payment refunded immediately.
