(Hereinafter referred to as “Turquoise Tassel”)
Buyer: The individual or legal entity who registers as a member or shops as a guest through the website www.turquoisetassel.com. (Hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”)
- SUBJECT
The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms and conditions regarding the sale, delivery, and possible return of products or services ordered electronically by the Buyer through Turquoise Tassel’s official website www.turquoisetassel.com.
- CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT
3.1. This Agreement enters into force upon electronic confirmation of the order placed by the Buyer on the website.
3.2. The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and approved the Preliminary Information Form provided by Turquoise Tassel prior to order confirmation.
3.3. Completion of the order signifies that the Buyer has read, understood, and accepted all the provisions herein.
- PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
4.1. The main characteristics of the products, their total price including taxes, payment method, and delivery conditions are clearly indicated on the website prior to the Buyer’s confirmation.
4.2. Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and the Buyer acknowledges that minor variations in color, texture, or dimensions may occur in handmade items.
4.3. Turquoise Tassel reserves the right to make minor modifications to products due to production or supply-related necessities.
- DELIVERY CONDITIONS
5.1. Delivery shall be made within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the order confirmation, depending on stock availability.
5.2. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. Customs duties, import taxes, and local delivery fees applicable to international shipments are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
5.3. Turquoise Tassel shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, wars, or transport restrictions). In such cases, the Buyer will be informed and an alternative delivery schedule will be provided.
- RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery without providing any justification.
6.2. Returned items must be unused, with original tags attached, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
6.3. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized, made-to-order, or non-returnable items for hygienic reasons (such as jewelry or textile accessories).
6.4. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a written or electronic notice within the specified period.
6.5. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Turquoise Tassel processes and protects all personal data in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer communication purposes.

- GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Anatolian Side).
In international transactions, the Turkish text shall prevail.
- ENFORCEMENT
By confirming the order on www.turquoisetassel.com, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and electronically accepted all provisions herein. This Agreement enters into force upon electronic approval.
