2. BUYER INFORMATION

The person who is a member of, or shops as a guest on, the www.turquoisetassel.com website and purchases a product or service (hereinafter referred to in this form as the “Buyer”). The address and contact details provided by the Buyer when placing the order shall apply.

3. SUBJECT

The subject of this Form is to inform the Buyer, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, about the sale and delivery of the product(s), whose characteristics and sales price are set out below, ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website www.turquoisetassel.com.

4. PRODUCT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

Product Information: The type, quantity, brand/model and colour of the products in the Buyer’s cart at the moment the order is completed.
Sales Price: The total sales price of the products including VAT, plus the shipping fee if any, as it stands at the moment the order is confirmed.
Payment Method: Credit card / debit card or other secure payment methods offered by the Seller.

5. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

The Seller delivers the ordered product within the period stated on the website, depending on the distance of the Buyer’s place of residence, provided that the legal 30-day period is not exceeded.
Unless otherwise stated, the shipping fee is paid by the Buyer. If, at the time of sale, the Seller is running a free shipping campaign for orders above a certain amount, the shipping fee is not charged to the Buyer.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Period: The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason.
How to use it: To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a written notice to the Seller’s e-mail address above within this period.
Return Condition: The product’s packaging must be unopened and undamaged, and the product must be unused (it must not have lost its resaleability).

7. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

Products prepared or personalised in line with the Buyer’s special requests and requirements (custom size, colour change, name inscription, etc.).
Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape or seal have been opened after delivery and whose return is unsuitable for reasons of health or hygiene.
